• 2 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 2 cups pork, chicken, or ham stock/broth
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons salt, finely ground (We like Tony C's Cajun Seasoning)

Pork Shoulder Injection Recipe

Heat to dissolve salt and melt butter.

Inject at least 1 ounce of liquid per pound 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
