- 2 cups apple cider or apple juice
- 2 cups pork, chicken, or ham stock/broth
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons salt, finely ground (We like Tony C's Cajun Seasoning)

Heat to dissolve salt and melt butter.
Inject at least 1 ounce of liquid per pound 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
